Who says being snowed in is a bad thing? The slower pace dictated by the NYC weather forecast over the past week or so allowed TRB to share the love with family and co-workers on Valentine’s Day by whipping up a batch of Emeril’s Butter Cookies.
Although, Emeril graciously provides a recommended recipe for frosting these delicious morsels, TRB decided to go with a vanilla frosting traditionally used on Ricotta Cookies. (That recipe was slightly modified, as there were considerably *less* cookies this time around!)
TRB finished off the ever-tasteful decorations with some festive heart and red sugar sprinkles from Michaels.
